Year 1 and 2 and new program access.

Year 1&2 students have been supplied will account logon details for Story Jumper. This program will be used as part of the ICT assessment for Year 2 and as the way of publishing the Year 1’s writing Assessment.

Year 1’s have created passwords and accounts at school. The Year 2’s will be doing this in their next ICT lesson.

Year 2 bought home the letter last week so they were able to set up at home access , two families have already completed this and once they begin working on it at school will be able to edit and work on the task at home. The Year 1’s will receive the letter for at home access by the end of August.

Year 5 Assessment

The Year 5’s have been set a challenge to learn how to create an app and then teach the teacher how to use it.

The audience: Year 2
The content: needs to be topics the Year 2’s are learning in class (my recommendation is they speak to the Year 2 teacher for guidance)
Due: Tuesday 11th August

Year 6 Assessment:

Final Due date will be Thursday 13th August.

Miss Height is offering first half Tuesday lunch and 2nd half of Wednesday lunch to student who would like the extra time to work on this task.
